Ceil Folz is the former CEO of Vail Valley Foundation, President of the 2015 World Alpine Ski Championships, and CEO of the Youth Foundation. Ceil has worked with nonprofits, sports organizations, high net worth individuals and companies and corporations around the globe.
Ceil has garnered a reputation over the past 25 years as a dynamic executive who sees what’s possible, engages others in the vision and builds and leads high performing teams to execute with excellence and enthusiasm. Megan is a passionate storyteller offering CFC clients over 17 years of experience in production, publicity, marketing strategy, brand awareness, and revenue generation. Harrod grew up ski racing the mighty manmade hills in Wisconsin and Minnesota before joining the U.S. Ski Team as Alpine Press Officer.
She loves to write, ski, travel and does a mean worm on the dance floor.

Maggie knows the ins and outs of the entire marketing sphere, with 10+ years experience in nonprofit and event communications. With expertise in graphic design, brand creation, social media, video production, email marketing, website design, and digital and traditional advertising, she can take your brand (old or new), and create a consistent and comprehensive look and message that resonates with any audience.

Elle thrives at large events and building communities, serving as the Vice President of Volunteers and Event Strategy for the Miami Super Bowl where she trained and organized over 10,000 volunteers. She also worked on Super Bowl 50 and Super Bowl LII. In addition, she has worked on International Ski Federation events, the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics and NFT VeeCon Conference by GaryVee.

Julie has been working with effective and impactful fundraising teams throughout her 20+ year career. Julie has been a successful Chief Development Officer and Foundation Vice President, and enjoys building new relationships to achieve next-level results for CFC clients.

Jordan completed her undergraduate studies at Troy University, simultaneously participating as a student athlete on the women's golf team, before embarking on her graduate studies at Texas Christian University. During her time at TCU, she served as a dedicated graduate assistant in the Frog Club within athletic development. Jordan's educational background is complemented by her passion for building meaningful relationships and delivering results. She possesses a unique blend of skills and sports knowledge that she leverages to help our clients succeed. She is based in NYC and loves city life - - provided she can travel to the ocean and mountains regularly!
